Est. Fairbanks
Built on the Steese — where the city meets the wild.
A place that refuses to be ordinary
Fox Den started with a simple conviction: Fairbanks deserves a restaurant that treats every ingredient like it has a story worth telling. Not a trend. Not a gimmick. Just honest, deliberate food made by people who care.
We source from Alaskan farms, fisheries, and foragers whenever the season allows. In winter, that means preserved goods, root cellars, and the deep flavors that only slow cooking can pull out. In summer, it means the brief, brilliant window when the ground gives us everything.
Our space is meant to feel like a welcome — warm light, natural materials, no pretense. Come hungry. Stay as long as you like.
